My BIO

 

Welcome to the Research Homepage of Karen Walker.  Currently, I am pursuing my PhD in Computer Science and Informatics at Oakland University in Rochester, MI.  My undergraduate studies were completed at The University of Detroit Mercy, where I also obtained my Masters of Science degree.  Both degrees were earned in the area of Computer and Information Systems.

 

 

I am a multi-faceted information technology professional with 15+ years of solid experience in project management, process and vendor/customer relationship management; training and development; and service level agreement maintenance. My expertise has resulted in increased profitability, streamlined expenses, energized teams which exceeded productivity standards, and continuous process improvement.
